We’re looking for a Personal Trainer who wants to coach members, drive personal training sales, and grow into greater responsibility as our company expands.
Top performers here earn $65k+ and are developed for future leadership opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and close personal training sales using a proven system
- Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and small-group training
- Conduct fitness consultations, body scans, and goal-setting sessions
- Tour of the gym for the membership
- Sale the gym membership
- Build long-term member relationships and drive retention
- Contribute to team revenue, culture, and performance standards

Who We’re Looking For
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, or similar)
- CPR/AED certified
- Sales experience with a drive to exceed goals
- Ethical, motivated, and growth-oriented
